Eviction Moratorium Ending
To assist residential tenants maintain homes and places to social distance during the COVID - 19 pandemic the Province instituted a moratorium to not hear rent related eviction applications.
As of August 4th that moratorium is ending and landlords will now have the means to apply to evict tenants for non-payment of rent.
