A report to be presented to Moose Jaw City Council this Tuesday evening states the TIA was done after the City and the Ministry’s own consultant identified traffic concerns the new school would bring to the area.

The documents call into question if the school divisions were as transparent as they portray themselves in public to be.
Was there really honest community input is something which may be asked.
