Read MoreDue to illness there will be no new Rhino's Ramblings this week but instead we offer the following a discussion of what really happened when the South Hill Joint Use School was announced. The column was initially published on March 4th of this year.
The commentary is backed up with documents obtained through a Freedom Of Information request which shed light on the behind the scenes machinations developing the proposed joint-use school and call into question what really transpired.
It can be argued what was said publicly in a major way deviates from what was really going on behind the scenes and the two school divisions were not working in collaboration with the City of Moose Jaw when it came to the final site selection.
The documents call into question if the school divisions were as transparent as they portray themselves in public to be.
Was there really honest community input is something which may be asked.
The internal documents to some extent back up the arguments of Trustee Jan Radwanski.
