Former Moose Jaw mayor Fraser Tolmie has managed to become MP for the Moose Jaw - Lake Centre - Lanigan riding.
But despite the seeming runaway victory with the local vote there are a lot of open wounds locally that if they are not properly healed could still harm him in the next election run that pundits are saying is 18 - 24 months away as the Liberals form their second consecutive minority government.
