In Unanimous Decision Taylor Wins Appeal Against Mosaic Place

In a unanimous decision the Saskatchewan Court of Appeals has re-instated a wrongful dismissal case filed against Mosaic Place dating back to 2013 in “the interests of justice.”

The case, if it goes to trial, will likely see the facility’s former CEO Scott Clark come to the witness stand to testify about the facility’s operations prior to the release of the KPMG Report and the DFFH Financial Scandal.

Chamber Forum - Chamber Asks About Reforming EI To Discourage Repeat Usage

On Tuesday evening the Moose Jaw and District Chamber of Commerce held an all candidates forum where five of the six candidates showed up to give a short introduction and to answer questions from the Chamber and the on-line forum viewers.
