Settling, moving pipes and heading off further problems are sited as reasons given by the City of Moose Jaw for major repairs to infrastructure the City installed about a decade ago.
A resident says it is a big secret the public really doesn’t know about while the City of Moose Jaw says they have financed, planned and announced the project in public view.
In the end the project will cost the City $427,000 plus taxes.
