City Offering Free Disposal Of Tree And Yard Debris Caused By Storm
The City is waiving the landfill fees to both residents and contractors who bring tree and yard debris only as a result of the recent heavy wet snow storm from today until November 6th.
By doing this the City says it will actually help them to more quickly return to their normal operations.

Friday Evening Shooter Had Large Amount Of Meth And Cash Police Say
The Moose Jaw Police Service (MJPS) have identified the alleged shooter in the Friday evening search and subsequent standoff at a Ross Street West as Jirard Saddleback, 32, from Calgary.
