Appeal Scheduled for Oversized Fence

They say that good fences make for good neighbours but for one couple it means a trip to the Development Appeals Board.

Aaron Fay and Amanda Fay own the property at 595 10th Avenue NW and the would like permission to build an 8 foot high front yard fence which contravenes the bylaw which only allows a 3 foot 3 inch front yard fence. The appeal is to the Zoning Bylaw 5346.

The appeal takes place July 17th.
