Exhibition Association Clarifies Details For Musical Ride Performances

With there being lots of interest in the world famous RCMP Musical Ride performing at the Moose Jaw Hometown Fair (June 23 - 26) many are asking questions about the event - if tickets can be purchased in advance and what does it cost.

For those asking if they can pre-purchase tickets to the RCMP Musical Ride to be performed four times at the Moose Jaw Hometown Fair the answer is sorry there is no pre-performance seat selection.

Seating for the performances will be available on a first come, first seated basis. There is limited bleacher style seating.

People may bring a lawn chair if they so chose but they are warned in advance that there will be no place to check their lawn chair for safe keeping before and after the show.

In a second question people are asking what does it cost to come to the Fair just to watch the Musical Ride? Does a person have to purchase a ticket which allows them to not only enter the Fair but also ride on the Midway to see the RCMP Musical Ride?

The answer to these questions is no a person does not have to purchase a ticket that also allows them unlimited rides on the Midway.

With that said though purchasing any ticket - whether it be the armbands which can be purchased in advance, or the same day gate admission - allows a person to not only watch the RCMP Musical Ride but also any of the free entertainment at the Fair.

The RCMP Musical Ride is included with gate admission to the Hometown Fair.

Gate admission is:

Children six years of age and under - FREE
Students and Seniors (65 years of age and older) $10/Day
Adults $15/Day

Gate Admission cannot be purchased in advance but it is only available the days of the Fair.

The four performances of the RCMP Musical Ride are:

Friday, June 24 at 7:00 pm
Saturday, June 25 at 3:00 pm & 8:00 pm
Sunday, June 26 at 4:00 pm

Please note all shows of the RCMP Musical Ride are weather permitting.
