Fire Sprinklers Accidentally Set Off

An errant ball at lacrosse practice this evening set off the sprinklers at the Kinsmen rink.

Although details have not been officially released according to eyewitnesses the ball accidentally hit a fire sprinkler, setting off other sprinklers in the facility.

The incident happen shortly after 8 PM this evening.

There is no estimate of damages, nor how long the facility would have to be closed in order to fix the problem.
