One Month Until The Hometown Fair

It’s an annual tradition that brings out families and others in the thousands as the Moose Jaw Hometown Fair is set for another run.

The Theme of this year’s parade on June 19th at 7 pm is “Colours of Summer.”

The fair will take place June 20 - June 22.

On Friday June 20 the fair runs from 3 pm to 11pm.

On Saturday June 21 the fair runs 12 noon to 11 pm.

On Sunday June 22 the fair starts at 12 noon and wraps up at 8 pm.

The fair has a variety of entertainment with the Flying Fools High Dive Show. The event features high diving tricks.

The Flame Syndicate Fire Dancers will burn things up.

The highly popular Meadowcroft Petting Zoo will be back with their menagerie of critters. As well as free pony rides for the kids.

The horses burn up the show area as there is a mounted shooting competition as well as the Truco Trick Riders.

The dogs won’t be leaving into a pool of balls this year but there will be a Canine Circus.

Or you might want to see who is the strongest person at the fair as the Strength Grip Challenge is happening.

The 4-H Cattle Show and Sale goes back to the roots of the Fair on Saturday and Sunday.

And finally you could disappear as the Aron Matthews Magic Show makes more than a few appearances.

Presale tickets are $50 and includes gate admission and the Midway for one day.
