Jade Garden is a local favourite that may be what visitors to Moose Jaw are looking for.
Conveniently located on Main Street the restaurant is not what you would call fine and eloquent dining but it is a cleanly premises with more of a diner/cafeteria feel.
There is a more private dining area available.
The restaurant is for families but for someone who might want an alcoholic beverage the restaurant is licensed with everything from beer, wine and cocktails to enjoy along with your meal.
As its name might imply Jade Garden is a Chinese restaurant where you can enjoy the largest buffet in Moose Jaw or order straight off of the menu.
The menu option won’t give you access to the buffet line but the food is higher quality than what is on the buffet line. The menu foods are more of a premium quality.
Is Jade Garden buffet as large as buffets offered in the larger cities? No it’s not. It’s a basic Chinese buffet you’d expect to enjoy.
Whether it be chicken balls, sweet and sour chicken, rice, noodles, fried chicken and wonton soup the buffet has it.

Montreal spiced ribs is a classic dish offered and well enjoyed at the buffet line.
The majority of Jade Garden’s customers opt for the buffet option. The clientele varies from a blue collar outdoor worker and others in business suits sitting a couple of tabes over at lunch time.
Jade Garden is handicapped accessible with the washroom for people with disabilities not overly confined.

Cost of the buffet varies depending on the ages of the people eating and whether you are there for lunch or supper.

Jade Gardens buffet pricing is determined by age and which meal.
Ages 12-65 lunch is $18.95 and supper is $22.95.
Senior 65 & Above lunch is $17.95 and supper is $21.95.
Ages 9-11 lunch is $12.95 and supper is
$14.95
Ages 5-8 lunch is $10.50 and supper is $12.50
4 & Under is free.
The higher cost for the supper versus the lunch buffet is due to premium items available at supper and not available at lunch.

Jade Garden is closed on Mondays.
Jade Garden is open 11 am - 8 pm Tuesday thru Sunday.
At 7:45 pm the buffet line is closed.
