Junior Girls Toilers Take Yorkton Tournament

The Peacock Toilers junior girls basketball team took home the gold medal in the Yorkton tournament this weekend.

They had decisive wins over Greenall on Friday night and Regina Catholic on Saturday. In the semi final.

The Toilers themselves in a really tough and physical championship final against the Melville Cobras.

The game was very close and back and forth throughout but the Peacock girls managed to hang on to a 42-41 win to secure the first place finish.
