15U A Canucks Split Pair On Weekend

Over the weekend, the Moose Jaw 15U A Canucks played two games dominating the first game and winning 19-2 against the Regina Wolfpack.

The entire lineup contributed with a solid outing on the mound from Nathan Hawrysh.

The offence stayed hot all game, led by Daxton Mann, who reached base 3 times, while Rylan Reaney and Everet Dunlop each added multiple extra base hits.

Blake Radford, the Canucks AP player, also had an excellent performance, collecting a key hit, reaching base multiple times, and helping keep the offense rolling during important innings.

Nathan Hawrysh was strong on the mound, battling through 5 2/3 innings and collecting 14 strikeouts.

Overall, it was a complete team effort featuring disciplined hitting, smart base running, and steady pitching.

Game Two

Unfortunately the Canucks did not have as great of a game on Sunday, losing 12-0 to the Balcarres Broncos.

The Canucks struggled from the first inning and allowed the Broncos to take the lead early and continue to build their lead throughout the game.

Despite a few efforts to turn things around, the Canucks were unable to generate offense or slow down the opposing bats.

It was a difficult loss for the Canucks and a good reminder to always come prepared to play.
