U17 Mustangs On Edge Of Perfection
The perfect season. No losses and all wins. It’s something the Moose Jaw U17 Mustangs lacrosse team is just one win away from.
The Mustangs had a 10 - 0 record in regular South Saskatchewan Lacrosse League (SSLL) action. They then had a 3 - 0 record in last weekend’s SSLL’s U17 championship.
Playing at provincials this weekend in Estevan the Mustangs U17 team have so far won two straight games.
The Mustangs defeated the Prince Albert 82’s 14 - 4 and then the Weyburn Panther Drilling Thrashers 11 - 9 to advance to Sunday’s provincial championship final.
