A province-wide program using the telephone is launching to help seniors (those over 55) break the social isolation and loneliness many face. The program is 100 percent free and has proven successful in other regions it has operated in.

Read MoreWith the preventive measures and restrictions due to the COVID - 19 impacting many groups the Moose Jaw Nature Society probably had one of the most fitting AGM’s ever - they held it in the great outdoors.
To make true lemonade out of the lemons the coronavirus has thrown at them the group is moving away from their regular indoor speakers format to more of a hands on outdoor workshop format.

The AGM will be held at 2 pm in Kinsmen Wellesley Park. Nature Moose Jaw asks all attendees to bring a lawn chair, water bottle and your ideas to the meeting.
