CBC Toronto's Chris Glover was reporting on a story related to the stand-up comedy scene when Boyd Banks, the actor/comedian, donning a crisp green Saskatchewan Roughriders hoodie, slithered up behind him and began kissing and licking his ear.

Don't take it from me though, you can watch the video above.
The reporter felt uncomfortable and decided that filing a police report was the most appropriate thing to do.

Banks acknowledges he acted innapropriately and has apologized for the ordeal. He also can be quoted as saying "I'm an idiot" and that he may need mental health assistance.

Boyd Banks was born in Moose Jaw all the way back in 1964. He began acting at age 17 and gradually made his way to a new life in Toronto.

He starred in George Romero's zombie franchise on three different instances: Dawn of the Dead, Land of the Dead and Diary of the Dead. He also acted alongside Russell Crowe and Renee Zellweger in Cinderella Man, in Jason X and in the Canadian cult classic film Pontypool. Banks also had a recurring role on CBCs own project, Little Mosque on the Prairie.

Banks (whose real last name isn't actually Banks) is certainly no stranger to controversy. He's performed completely naked before. If you want photos you'll have to check out Twitter, we won't be publishing those here.
