Outdoor Pool Temporarily Closed Due To Water Main Break

The weather might be a little bit cooler outside but if you wanted to take a dip in the Phyllis Dewar Outdoor Pool today you cannot as the pool is closed due to a watermain break on Fairford Street East.

The Outdoor Pool is closed until further notice.

But there is a bright side though and that is the Crescent Park spark park (which was closed earlier due to mechanical problems) is open although the washrooms are unavailable but there is a porta-potti on-site for temporary use.

The City would also like to remind people that is they wish to go swimming there is the option of going to the Kinsmen Sportsplex for an inside swim.

Parks and Recreation staff will be contacting customers with outdoor bookings to alert them to the temporary closure.

For people wanting to go swimming at the Kinsmen Sportsplex you can book using the Online Registration link at MooseJaw.ca or with the free City of Moose Jaw app. Walk-ins are also accepted provided there is capacity.
