Sanson Received $50,000 Remuneration In 2025

She may have been let go in September of 2024 after an organizational restructuring but Michelle Sanson the former director of planning and development was still paid into 2025.

According to the Consolidated Financial Statements for 2025 Sanson earned $50,000.

The statements do not explain why a recipient receives remuneration in any given year just the amount paid out.

It is likely the funds were earned in 2024 and still owed to the department head.

It needs to be noted that Sanson was let go after 19 years without cause with the City.

In 2024 Sanson was the highest paid city employee. She received $225,330.19 in regular remuneration in 2024 along with $4,786 in other remuneration.
