Literally almost once the paint is dry the intersection of 9th Avenue NW and Caribou Street West is set to re-open after being closed for weeks.
The intersection will re-open with a new traffic configuration where the inside lanes of 9th Avenue NW going north or south are left hand turn lanes only.
