MJ Independent once again asked about the close to $1 million in unpaid parking fines with the City Manager mentioning the City had looked at booting or towing offenders vehicles as one way of collecting.
The City needs the money as it is earmarked for the major reorganization at City Hall coincidently being set up to help make sure the fines are collected.
