A driver managed to have a Provincial Court Judge reduce a fine for performing a rolling stop at an intersection the City has called “a hazard and a death trap.”
The driver made mention of the intersection’s confusing layout in requesting the Judge give him a second chance and dismiss the charge with a stern warning in lieu of a conviction or fine
