The Price Of Gasoline In Saskatchewan

Life is full of mysteries. Stuff like, “Where do the elephants go to die?” or “Why does Trump say such crazy nonsense.”

After spending a few days in Alberta I have found another mystery.

“Why is gasoline 21 cents per litre more expensive in Saskatchewan than in Alberta?”

You can do the math. Gasoline in Medicine Hat, per litre, $1.589. Gasoline in Moose Jaw, per litre, $1.799.

These gas purchases were done within 3 days of each other.

Here’s the Zinger! Gasoline in Medicine Hat is mostly refined in Regina, Saskatchewan and transported 500Km to Medicine Hat by truck.

Why Gas is so expensive in Saskatchewan?

Maybe because our Government care?
