Day one of the 2022 Aurora Wind Feeds/BUCKEYE Nutrition Slot Race is over but here are 20 pictures of some of the things that happened Friday on day one of the two day event.

The event is taking place at the Gommersall Arena on the Moose Jaw Exhibition Grounds (250 Thatcher Drive East).

The event continues tomorrow with the winner of the slot race taking home about $7,000.

The event is free to attend. Please wear a hat, bring sunscreen and remain hydrated due to the extreme heat expected on Saturday. There will be a concession on site.
