U18 AAA Canucks Win In Regina

After a rough weekend the Moose Jaw U18 AAA Canucks returned to their winning ways.

The Canucks had an on the road 7 - 6 victory over top of the Regina Athletics.

The game saw the lead see saw but a run in the top of the seventh inning gave the Canucks a one run victory.

The big inning for the Canucks was the third inning where they secured a four run lead.

The third inning saw the Canucks Kale Pratte drive in a run and Noah Thul doubled scoring two runs.

Despite the lead the Athletics battled back and took the lead in the fifth inning.

The seventh inning saw the Canucks pick up a run - the game winner - when Hunter Scott tripled and Rider Hicks hit a sacrifice fly both scoring a run.

The win moved the 19 - 13 Canucks up one place in the volatile season standings from fifth to fourth place.
