The Gravelbourg Hawks, returning to the league after a multi-year absence, finished fourth.
On paper South Hill should have easily beaten Gravelbourg easily.
A strong third quarter by the Hawks had it looking like they were on a major come from behind victory.
But a fourth quarter collapse saw the Royal Falcons advance to the final.
