City Set To Change Zoning Rules
The City is set to pass changes to the Zoning Bylaw to make Community Services Operations proposals a discretionary use activity in zone C2 areas.
This after controversy about the location of homeless assistance organizations.
The move will include most of the downtown but leave out surplus schools on South Hill that are zoned CS.
