Police Arrest Out Of Province Resident On Fraud Charges

The Moose Jaw Police Service has arrested and charged a 38-year-old male for fraud.

On Friday, April 5, 2024, Police arrested Cedrik Landry of Sherwood, Quebec, and charged him with Fraud over $5000, along with Possession of Property Obtained by Crime over $5000.

Landry made his first appearance in Moose Jaw Provincial Court on Monday and has been remanded to the Regina Correctional Centre until his next hearing on April 15, 2024.

The Moose Jaw Police Service has contacted the primary victim of this offence.
