What do they spend my tax dollars on?

It’s a question everyone seems to ask - especially to us.

To help you decipher where some of your local property tax dollars go we’re listing off some of them we can find on the public record.

The City sent out a Request For Proposals (RFP) for two quarter ton and two one ton trucks.

Although the RFP does not say why the order ended up being for two quarter ton trucks from a Regina supplier for $137,966.34.

The RFP details publicly posted do not state if this was a fleet expansion or it was for replacement vehicles. IF the two trucks were replacements it’s unknown what became of the units replaced.
