Pair Of Moose Jaw Ball Players Off To National Championship
A pair of Moose Jaw baseball players are off to the Canadian 15U AAA championships - Ray Carter Cup - in Summerside PEI August 21st to August 24th.
Fifteen year old Neal Kohl (third base and outfield) is joined by fellow Moose Javian Lucas Lind (pitcher and shortstop) as part of Team Saskatchewan.
Both Kohl and Lind were members of the 2025 15U AAA Moose Jaw Canucks. The Canucks managed a regular season record of 31 - 1.

Kohl is a utility player that brings power to whatever position he is playing. He is known for his toughness in the game.
He is known for pushing through badly needed hits as well as being able to recover from injury and reenter the game.

Fourteen year old Lind Is the 2025 recipient of the Saskatchewan Premier Baseball League award for rookie of the year in the 15 U AAA category.
He has known for his pitching abilities as well his abilities will at the plate.
It looked for a time that both players would not be going to the Ray Carter Cup due to the labour dispute at Air Canada, but parents gave up their tickets to their children on WestJet so that their children could attend the tournament and play ball.
