Police Arrest 41 Year Old Wenarchuk For Two Residential Break And Enters

The Moose Jaw Police Service has arrested and charged a 41-year-old male in relation to two break-and-enter incidents on September 18, 2025.
At approximately 12:30 am, police were dispatched to a residence on the 200 block of Athabasca Street West for a break-and-enter in progress. Once on the scene, officers searched the residence and the surrounding area, but didn’t locate the suspect.
While on the scene of the first incident, officers then received a report of a second break-and-enter in progress at a residence on the 100 block of Stadacona Street West at 12:44 am.
Officers set up a perimeter around the residence and began a search for the suspect. At 1:20 am, police located the subject in an alleyway behind the residence and subsequently arrested him.
As a result of the incidents, Jesse Wenarchuk, 41, has been charged with two counts of Break and Enter.
Wenarchuk made his first court appearance in Moose Jaw Provincial Court on Thursday, September 18, 2025, and was later released.
